Still Learning, Still Growing

I’ve reached a place in my life where I’m comfortable admitting something I used to struggle with:

I don’t have all the answers.

And honestly, I’m okay with that.

There was a time when I felt pressure to have everything figured out—faith, recovery, life, purpose. I thought growth meant certainty. I thought maturity meant confidence without questions.

Now I know better.

Growth doesn’t mean you’ve arrived.
It means you’re still willing to learn.

Learning Looks Different Now

These days, learning looks quieter.

It looks like sitting in church and really listening instead of just hearing.
It looks like Bible study that challenges me instead of just comforting me.
It looks like reading Scripture on my own and actually digging into it—asking questions, researching context, and appreciating the depth and truth in it.

I’m learning that God isn’t threatened by my questions. He invites them.

Faith isn’t about blind certainty—it’s about trust, humility, and obedience, even when I don’t fully understand the bigger picture.

Growth Is Ongoing

I’m also learning that growth doesn’t happen all at once.

It happens in small, daily decisions:

Choosing patience over reaction.
Choosing honesty over hiding.
Choosing peace over chaos.

Some days the growth feels obvious. Other days it’s subtle.

But just because it’s subtle doesn’t mean it’s not real.

God works in layers, not shortcuts.

Grounded, Not Perfect

I feel more spiritually grounded than I have in a long time—not because life is easy, but because my foundation is stronger.

Church matters to me.
Community matters to me.
God’s Word matters to me.

I’m learning that being grounded doesn’t mean being unshaken—it means knowing where to stand when things shake.

And when I stumble, I don’t quit. I learn. I adjust. I keep moving forward.

Still Learning, Still Growing

I’m not finished. I’m not flawless. But I am faithful to the process.

Every day, my goal is simple:

Do the next right thing.

And trust that God will handle the rest.
