Sometimes the best thing we can do is stop living in yesterday or stressing about tomorrow, and just enjoy today. Today is the only moment we can actually live in, and it’s a gift from God that we don’t want to rush past.
I’m reminding myself that peace doesn’t always come from having everything figured out. A lot of times, peace comes from choosing gratitude right where I’m at. Taking a breath. Drinking my coffee. Smiling at the small stuff. Letting my mind slow down long enough to notice the good that’s already here.
Wherever you are today, I hope you give yourself permission to have a blessed day. I hope you take care of your body, protect your peace, and make choices that lead you toward health — mentally, physically, and spiritually. And I pray you stay safe in everything you do.
Let today be simple. Let today be steady. Let today be enough.
