Bible Verse of the Day: Isaiah 41:10
Published on October 30, 2025
“Fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
— Isaiah 41:10 (ESV)
Reflection
There are days when fear creeps in quietly — when the weight of life feels too heavy to carry and you wonder if you have the strength to keep going. But this verse is a direct reminder from God Himself: you are not alone in this battle.
When Isaiah wrote these words, the people of Israel were facing uncertainty, fear, and loss — not unlike what many of us go through today. Depression, anxiety, grief, or addiction can make us feel abandoned or forgotten. But God’s promise is steady: “I will help you.”
That simple phrase carries so much power. It’s not “maybe,” not “someday,” not “if you’re perfect first.” It’s I will. He’s reminding us that His strength becomes ours when we have none left. When you’ve hit your lowest point — when you’re tired of fighting — that’s when He steps in and says, “I’ve got you.”
A Thought for Today
Take a moment to breathe. Close your eyes and repeat the words:
“I am not alone. God is with me.”
Let that truth sink deep into your heart. No matter what today looks like — whether you’re celebrating progress or fighting through pain — God is walking right beside you. You may not feel strong, but His strength is holding you together right now.
Prayer
Lord, when fear and doubt try to take over, remind me of Your promise.
Help me to rest in Your strength and trust that You’re always near.
Thank You for holding me up when I can’t stand on my own.
Amen.
Final Thought
You don’t have to face today on your own — not with God’s hand holding yours. Hold on to this verse as a reminder: strength isn’t about never falling, it’s about knowing Who lifts you back up.
